Yes, 20 MB. This limit applies only to documents uploaded to the WEPA website, not print jobs sent from an application or printed directly from a kiosk with a USB drive.
Documents that are uploaded are available for print and reprint for 6 days. After that, they are removed from the server. However, you may simply upload your document again.
Nautilus Card, WEPA account, and credit card (surcharge applies). Kiosks do not accept cash.
