UWF Rugby Football Club
We are the highly competitive Rugby organization for the University of West Florida. We compete in a division known as National Colligate Rugby (NCR) but are recognized by UWF as a club team. Through NCR we play schools all around our area that also have registered Rugby teams. We are part of the South Eastern Conference. We have the opportunity to compete in High level matches through NCR as well as friendly recreational Rugby tournaments.
Why Rugby Football Club? Well that's just kind of how many schools label their Rugby clubs. We are known as RFC's. Our goal is to be a highly competitive group of players. Along with that, however, we stress the importance of comradery and brotherhood. We want to have fun. You do not need to have prior experience in Rugby! Just come try in out and well get you set. We hope that will fall in love with the game just like we have!
