This page provides information about group fitness activities at the HLS Facility Fitness Center, including the Group Fitness class schedule and events. Please use the UWF REC WELL APP or visit uwf.edu/imleagues to register for classes prior to attending.


Registration is Required for Group Fitness Classes

Registration for a group fitness class is required. Download the UWF RECWELL app or go to uwf.edu/imleagues to create your account and sign-up for classes.

Recreation reserves the right to alter or change class hours or class schedule at any time. In order to run classes, we require a minimum of two (2) participants dressed on time. Please arrive at all classes ten (10) minutes prior to start time. Late-comers will be redirected to informal fitness rather than disrupt a class in session.
