This page provides information on the fees for the different types of memberships available at the HLS facility.

Membership Policy

UWF Students, Faculty, and Staff have FREE access with a current Nautilus Card or by using the UWF RECWELL App.

Effective July 2020, no refunds, extensions, or transfer of membership will be issued when unexpected closure arises during the membership period from circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to equipment malfunction, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters and disease, etc. The HLS Service Desk only accepts credit cards. No cash will be accepted for purchases. 

Guest Policy

  • HLS members may sponsor two (2) guests per visit.
  • Guest Passes can be purchased at the Customer Service Desk for $8.00 per day.
  • The guest must have a form of picture ID.
  • The sponsoring member must accompany his/her guest at all times.
  • The sponsoring member may not leave the HLS Facility without the guest.
  • Any guest under the age of 10 years is permitted without a fee.
  • Guests under the age of 15 do not need a photo ID.

Age Restrictions

  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Children under 16 are not allowed to use the Fitness Center.
  • Any guest under the age of 10 years is permitted without a fee.
