Group Fitness Class Descriptions

This page provides descriptions for classes on the Group Fitness Schedule.


Bootcamp: A full-body, high-intensity class that incorporates weight training and endurance. We will be utilizing prowlers, ropes, tire slams and many more equipment!

Cycle 45: Cycle 45 is designed for all fitness levels. Powered by amazing music to get you going, this cycling class utilizes various drills, such as sprinting, hill climbs, and races that challenge you and lead you to your best self!

Cycle HIIT: This is a cycle class combined with circuits to give you guaranteed results. You’ll be challenged, burn a lot of calories and have a great time!

Cycle + Core: A combination of spin, abs, and strength training - giving you a total body workout that ensures you burn calories and build muscle every class. Simple, effective, and you control the intensity. 

Hip Hop Dance: This class uses simple hip hop moves combined with upbeat music to keep you moving the entire time and get a great sweat! All levels break down and build up the choreography of dance combinations utilizing the 8 count.

Matworks: Matworks is a combination of Pilates, Yoga, Stretching, and Somatic movement to give you a very diverse workout. We will utilize our own body weight, as well as incorporate functional equipment.

Slow Flow Yoga: Slow flow yoga is a class meant to cleanse your mind of any stressors and challenge your body. This class focuses on breathing and working through poses to improve mental processing, flexibility. End your week on a good note.

Yoga: Welcome to our beginner yoga class! In this 45 minute class, you will learn the foundations of yoga and be introduced to basic poses and techniques. You will also learn how to connect your breath with your movements, a key element of yoga practice.

This class is suitable for students of all fitness levels and no prior yoga experience is necessary. Our instructor will offer modifications to accommodate different abilities and will be available to assist you throughout the class.

The focus of this class is on creating a safe and supportive environment for you to learn and explore the practice of yoga. We encourage you to listen to your body and only do what feels comfortable for you.

Yogalates: A slower paced mixture of yoga style stretches mixed with Pilates strength and core exercises to achieve a total body workout.
