2 Fun Facts: I accumulated over 2000 flight hours in the MH-60S and have conducted Search and Rescues and Medical Evacuations. I have served in Virginia, Maryland, California, Florida, Iraq, Guam, and have several Pacific and Atlantic deployments. My daughter is currently a junior at UWF working towards her bachelor’s degree in education.
I recently retired from the US Navy where I served as an Aviation Rescue Swimmer. I have over 10 years of fitness experience while serving in the military as a Command Fitness Leader and Search and Rescue Instructor. Drawing from my military background, I approach fitness with a focus on functional strength, endurance, and mental toughness. My training philosophy is rooted in the principles of military fitness, emphasizing goal-oriented workouts, structured routines, and a never-give-up mindset. I'm committed to helping my clients push past their limits, overcome obstacles, and achieve peak performance both in and out of the gym.
