Care Referral
To report non-emergency behaviors or to assist a student facing obstacles along the path toward their academic goals, such as mental health concerns, financial hardships, housing insecurity, medical emergencies, academic challenges and more. The Dean of Students Office will reach out to the students and offer one-on-one assistance by identifying the appropriate campus resources to help get them back on track.

Academic Conduct Report
The University of West Florida is dedicated to the highest principles and standards of academic integrity. An academic violation by a student can negatively impact a class, program and/or college in ways that are unique to each discipline. Therefore, the University believes that the severity of an academic infraction is best evaluated by the faculty of the institution. To report alleged violations of Regulation 3.030 Academic Misconduct. behavioral and/or organizational misconduct. The charging party can be a faculty member, department chair, college dean or the Provost.

Sexual Harassment and Sexual Misconduct
To report any possible violations of UWF’s Sexual Harassment and Misconduct Policy, contact Title IX Programs. Allegations could be any form of non-consensual sexual activity and unwelcome sexual conduct, including sexual assault (rape/sexual battery), sexual coercion, sexual harassment, dating violence, domestic violence, non-consensual sexual touching, stalking, obscene or indecent behavior, harassment or violence based on sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, and retaliation.
