Tutoring and Learning Resources: Provides individual and group tutoring, and quiet study spaces.
Mathematics, Statistics, and Physics Tutoring Lab: Provides individual tutorial assistance for UWF students in several mathematics and statistics courses.
The Personal Librarian Program: Introduces all incoming freshmen to the resources and services of the UWF Libraries.
The Writing Lab: Provides face-to-face and virtual grammar/tutoring sessions, "Skill of the Week" Tutoring Sessions, and a Grammar Hotline.
Argo Pulse: This web-based system allows you to search for student organizations on campus, stay connected with upcoming events and opportunities, and manage your student organizations.
Student Government Association (SGA): Communicates the needs of UWF students to the university's administration and the local, state, and federal government.
Recreation and Wellness: Provides a wide variety of recreational activities designed with the University community in mind.
Career Development and Community Engagement: Provides resources to empower UWF students and alumni in the career development process. Also provides opportunities for experiential learning, civic engagement, service, and employment. Counseling and Psychological Services: Offers counseling and therapy to help students address how to manage, cope, and grow with the stress associated with school and life. Provides one-on-one appointments and resources.
John C. Pace Library: In addition to providing the materials for research, the Pace Library offers numerous other services to UWF students, including equipment/technology loans, study carrels, research consultations, workshops, and more.
Military & Veterans Resource Center: Serves as a leading campus advocate for military, dependents and veteran students, working to ensure the needs of these individuals are met through coordinating with multiple University offices and services.
First Year Advising: Offers recommendations for a smoother transition into college life.
Community Service: Supports student volunteers by identifying opportunities, facilitating placement with service and citizenship opportunities, and recognizing participation in community service.
Student Accessibility Resources: Offers a variety of accommodations and services for students with documented disabilities, including learning disabilities, deaf/hard of hearing, blind/low vision, mobility limitations, ADHD, psychiatric, and medical conditions.
Wellness: Provides health promotion services in the areas of alcohol abuse and misuse prevention, sexual health promotion and sexual assault prevention.
UWF's Study Abroad office is an important resource for students considering embarking on a study abroad experience. Students can also attend Study Abroad information sessions and make appointments to meet with Study Abroad staff to receive additional guidance. Study Abroad is one part of the Office of International Affairs, which also oversees the Center for Asian Studies.
