Library Media Preservation Lab (Reservable)
The Library Media Preservation Lab provides UWF students, faculty, and staff with access to the tools and education needed to preserve digital and analog materials in a large variety of formats.
Students must attend a brief in-person orientation and training workshop before reserving or using the room. Once completed, this training will be good for one calendar year.
Faculty and staff are encouraged, but not required, to attend an orientation and training workshop before using the room.
Orientation and training workshops can be arranged for individuals, small groups of students, faculty, and staff. Contact Chris Levesque - clevesque@uwf.edu - to organize a training workshop for yourself or your group.

Reservations
We require confirmed reservations for all users of the room. Four-hour sessions can be reserved in advance using the form below (subject to the listed hours of availability). Same-day or walk-up reservations are not available. The lab and associated equipment will be checked out to a single user. This individual assumes full responsibility for the room, its contents, and the actions of others who use the space.
Note: the lab will be closed during most intersession periods for maintenance.
