Equipment Extension Request
We realize that our equipment due dates might not always line up with your needs (especially at the end of a semester). If you need an extension on your checked-out library equipment please fill out the form below to request one. We will do our best to accommodate you but we have to consider your request against a limited supply of equipment and demand from other users.
Extensions are not typically granted during intersession periods because we normally use this time to inventory equipment and update software.
Submitting this request is not a guarantee that you will be granted an extension. Until you hear from us via e-mail you should plan on returning the equipment as per your original loan agreement to avoid fines and late fees.
