Liza Campbell is an Associate Librarian at the University of West Florida Libraries, and the head of the Technical Services department. She leads a team of four Information Specialists, focusing on resource cataloging, processing, digitization, bibliographic remediation, and database cleanup.

Stephanie Clark is Dean of Libraries and leads the John C. Pace, Professional Studies, and Emerald Coast Libraries. She has 20+ years of experience in public and academic libraries.

Dean DeBolt is a University Librarian at the University of West Florida Libraries. He serves as University Archivist, and head of the University Archives and West Florida History Center at the John C. Pace Library. He has an M.A. in History, and M.L.S. in Library Science. He came to UWF in 1981.

Michelle Finley came to UWF in 2020 and is an Associate Librarian at the University of West Florida Libraries. She leads a team of eight information specialists and one program manager. She is pursuing a doctorate in Higher Education Administration and her research focuses on the hiring process.

Melissa Gonzalez is a University Librarian and currently serves as the Coordinator of Collection Development. She is also a library liaison to several departments in the College of Arts, Social Sciences, and Humanities. She holds an MLIS and an MA in History, and she joined UWF in 2003.

Cindy Gruwell is an Assistant Librarian and Coordinator of ScholarlyCommunications. She is the library liaison to the College of Health and works closely with the Argo Scholar Commons Manager.

Britt McGowan is a University Librarian who coordinates interlibrary loan, along with a team of two information specialists. She is also the liaison to several departments in the College of Arts, Social Sciences, and Humanities. She holds an MLIS and an MA in English.

Travis Souther is a Librarian and currently serves as the Head of the Emerald Coast Library. He holds an MLIS degree and joined UWF in 2025.
