Host An Event

The libraries are open to partnering with campus departments and official student organizations on events that align with the library's purpose.

Whether it is collaborating on an event together, or providing a library space for your event to shine, our libraries can help!

Propose A Unique Collaboration Idea

Want to collaborate with the library? Whatever your idea, we’re ready to listen.

Do you have an idea about how to collaborate with the library? Maybe you have a research presentation that you want to share with an audience or a fun event for students? Whatever it is, we’re ready to listen.

We'd love to hear from you — individual students, student organizations, students working on a team project, or instructors who want to showcase student work or their own research.

Support for Campus Book Clubs

Are you in a book club, or want to start one? We’re happy to support book clubs or reading groups that have a University of West Florida affiliation. The library is a great place to meet and we can provide print, electronic, or kindle copies of books if already-existing in our library collection.

Staff An Information Table (Campus Departments Only)

Request a table on the first floor of Pace Library to distribute department information, promote an upcoming event, or otherwise engage with UWF students, faculty, and staff.

Submit your request at least three business days in advance to be considered. You can use a table for up to 4 hours per day.

Adopt a Book Display

UWF Libraries is happy to provide an opportunity to market your organization in the library by adopting a book display on the 1st floor of Pace Library. Every month, we create book displays and can feature your student organization or UWF department’s marketing materials alongside our books and DVDs.
