James Scott Roby

Biography

I’m Sergeant Scott Roby, I’ve been with The University of West Florida Police Department for 12 years. I start in 2013 in the patrol division and became a Corporal in 2016. I transitioned to a patrol Sergeant in 2020. I currently work in crime prevention and training. My job is to provide effective training to law enforcement officers, to make them more effective at their jobs. I also help train the UWF faculty, staff, and students in various crime prevention aspects.
