LaTonya Wesley

Biography

LaTonya Wesley currently serves as the Director of Trio Student Support Services. She has 17 years of higher education experience and previously served as the director of Student Retention Initiatives, Assistant Director of Financial Aid and Associate Director of Trio SSS.

LaTonya is a member of the President’s Council for Diversity and Inclusion, Florida Trio and Southeastern Association of Educational Opportunity Program Personnel. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in sociology and a master’s degree in higher education from the University of West Florida. She is a native of Pensacola, Florida, and an active participant in local community organizations, currently serving as a board member of the American Red Cross of Northwest Florida.
