Other Advertising:

The PCard may pay for other advertising within the cardholder's spending limit. If a PCard is not accepted, a requisition must be submitted to Procurement. If the advertising fee is less than $1,000, you can submit a Direct Pay Request Form to Financial Services.

All print advertising must meet UWF graphics standards with the approval of Institutional Communications. Contact Institutional Communications for assistance with producing, and placing paid advertisements on behalf of UWF. These include display ads in newspapers, magazines, guides, and outdoor ads, and electronic media such as radio, television, or web advertising. Vendors selling advertising to UWF should also contact Institutional Communications.
