CAPS Stepped Care Model
CAPS encourages the UWF campus to follow a Stepped Care Model to help students find the resources to meet their individual needs.
At CAPS, we partner with your strengths to help you with your struggles.
CAPS can help you continue to create your individual resource plan. If you need assistance or have questions, please contact our office at 850.474.2420.
You can use the live links on the stepped care graphic to help you learn about and select resources for yourself. If you'd like to consult with us to discuss your interest in receiving CAPS services, please schedule a Triage Appointment and we will help you identify the level of care that meets your individual needs.
