TAO is available until June 30, then it will be replaced by TalkCampus (available now). TAO by Uplift is a web-based program that offers engaging, interactive modules to teach life skills and help you bounce back from disappointments or stumbling blocks. It is confidential, free and available to all UWF students.
Togetherall Peer Support—expires June 30
Togetherall is available until June 30, then it will be replaced by TalkCampus (available now). A virtual community where members are anonymous to each other, they can share how they are feeling and support each other.
Mental Health Screening
Mental health is a key part of overall health. Brief screenings are the quickest way to determine if you or someone you care about should connect with a mental health professional—they are a checkup from the neck up. This program is completely anonymous and confidential, and immediately following the brief questionnaire, you will see your results, recommendations and key resources.
