Tram Vuong Meadows, LMHC

Biography

Starting her new beginning in the U.S. as a war refugee at the age of 9, adaptability, resilience, and embracing diversity are important values to Tram in her life and professional work. After obtaining her Bachelor of Science from Baylor University and Master of Arts from the University of Central Florida, Tram successfully earned her State of Florida Mental Health Counseling License (LMHC).  Her 25 years as a licensed mental health counselor were shaped by her experience in a variety of settings and roles, including an EAP counselor, trauma recovery therapist, adult outpatient therapist, Functional Family Therapy counselor, and military program regional director/supervisor/counselor. Though she has worked with all ages, she currently finds supporting college age students extremely rewarding. She views the work with a student as a partnership collaborating on the student’s goals or plan for change and growth. She continues to be inspired by each person’s unique story, perspective, and strengths and is excited to be a part of the CAPS caring and dynamic team.
