  • September 15, 2021: Abstract Submission Early Decision Abstract Opens
  • October 20, 2021: Abstract Submission Early Decision Deadline
  • Week of November 15, 2021: Early Decision Notification of Decision on Abstracts and Registration Opens
  • December 20, 2021: Discounted Registration Deadline for Accepted Abstract's Submitted during Early-Bird Submission Round

Regular Decision Dates and Details

  • September 15, 2021: Abstract Submission Early Decision Abstract Opens
  • November 19, 2021: Regular Abstract Submission Deadline
  • Week of January 10, 2022: Regular Decision Notification of Decision on Abstracts
  • January 31, 2022: Discounted Registration Deadline for Accepted Abstracts Submitted During Regular Submission Round
  • March 21, 2022: Final Registration Deadline for All

NCUR 2022 Conference

Monday, April 4, 2022 - Friday, April 8, 2022

 

OUR cannot guarantee funding for all accepted UWF students, but priority will be given to those that submit their abstract by the early-submission deadline of October 20, 2021.

NCUR 2022 Abstracts Deadlines

Early Decision Abstract Submission: September 15, 2021 - October 20, 2021

Regular Decision Abstract Submission: September 15, 2021 - November 19, 2021

For students, OUR will email students that apply and are accepted in the early decision process the week of November 22, 2021, with funding details and registration instructions.

Students whose abstract is accepted for presentation at NCUR 2022 must attend and present at their assigned time during the virtual 2022 NCUR Conference.

All current undergraduate UWF students are eligible to apply.  

Students who receive an OUR Virtual Travel Award to attend another conference this academic year ARE STILL eligible to receive funding to attend NCUR. 

 

To submit your abstract for NCUR 2022, following the instructions outlined on the "Abstract Submissions" page, listed on the Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR) website, or click here

Within your abstract submission, students will be asked for the Undergraduate Research Office Coordinator's contact information. Please list Dr. Allison Schwartz, aschwartz@uwf.edu850-474-3175.  ‌

Email a copy of your abstract submission confirmation to the UWF Office of Undergraduate Research at our@uwf.edu after submission.
