The University of West Florida (UWF) is subject to Section 119.07, Florida Statutes, which requires it to provide access to its records, subject to certain limitations. Material submitted in response to this solicitation may become a public document unless a specific exemption to section 119.07 exists. Submitted material marked as confidential will be treated as confidential by UWF to the extent it is considered a trade secret as defined under Florida law or meets other criteria otherwise exempt from Section 119.07, Florida Statutes, or other applicable law.
Effective Tuesday, February 15, 2021, The University of West Florida's Office of Procurement & Contracts will move its vendor registration, formal bid notification, and bid submission to BidNet Direct as part of the Florida Purchasing Group. All UWF-issued solicitations will be posted on the Florida BidNet Direct website for suppliers to access. Suppliers will be able to download the bid document and any addenda or other bid documents. In addition, suppliers will be able to upload their electronic bid responses to UWF via the BidNet Direct portal. Suppliers must register with BidNet Direct to view the official solicitation documents and submit their responses at no charge through Bidnet.

After completing your BidNet registration, please send your IRS W-9 (Revision March 2024) to procurement@uwf.edu or FAX it to 850.474.2090.
