iFrame Form
The iFrame Form content type is intended to embed a Wufoo or some other kind of 3rd party created form into your website.
Important Information
This content type allows you to embed 3rd party forms onto your page. The most widely used is Wufoo, however, users have had success with Qualtrics as well. When possible, if the hosting service for the form provides JavaScript for embedding purposes, use that script in lieu of any <iframe> generated code.
