Planning Your Tour
UWF offers in-person and virtual tours for groups of any size. These tours can be catered to your specific needs and/or academic interests. Please complete the Group Tour Registration Request, and a representative will be in touch to customize your visit, whether it be virtual or in-person.
Due to other campus events and scheduled breaks, group tours will not be scheduled on Fridays, any University holidays, Dec. 8, 2023-Jan. 12, 2024, or March 25-30, 2024.
Requests must be made at least two weeks before the desired event date; for groups of 50 or more, at least four weeks before. For earlier accommodations, please utilize our other virtual campus tours.
