IMPORTANT NOTICE: The purpose of the Transient Form is to ease the admission process to another Florida school. It does not guarantee acceptance of credits to parent school. Course(s) taken as a transient student are used as transfer credit and acceptance will be determined by the Office of Admissions once the course(s) has been completed. Students are responsible for ensuring the transcript(s) are sent to UWF Office of Admissions.

Please ensure that TWO completed forms are brought to the Office of the Registrar for required validation. (Copies are required for the receiving school and parent school).
