New for Fall 2011, undergraduate students may now change majors online by accessing the Major Change app in MyUWF. There may be some exceptions where the student may not change the major online. In those situations when the online major change is attempted, the student will be redirected to a paper form to print, complete, and submit to the Registrar, building 18. Graduate students who wish to change degree programs should contact the Graduate School. A list of graduate programs can be found in the Graduate Academic Catalog.
Undergraduate students may declare a dual major by printing and completing the Dual Major Designation Form. Completed forms should be submitted to the Registrar, building 18. The complete Dual Major policy is located in the online academic catalog.
Students may declare additional degrees by printing and completing the Declaration of Additional Bachelor's Degree Form. Completed forms should be submitted to the Registrar, building 18. The complete Additional Bachelor's Degree policy is located in the online academic catalog.
Undergraduate students who wish to declare a minor may do so by printing and completing the Declaration of Minor Form. Completed forms should be submitted to the Registrar, building 18.
Students who wish to delete a minor may do so by accessing the Major Change app in MyUWF.
Students who complete the requirements for the minor must request certification of completion using the Application for Completion of a Minor. Completed forms should be submitted to the Office of the Registrar.
