Grading System

Receiving

• Students will receive their grades by e-mail the afternoon of the day grades are due to the Office of the Registrar (see Academic Calendars for grade submission deadlines).
• Students can view their grades online through ARGUS in the Personal Student Records Access channel on the My Info tab.
• Grades are usually available through ARGUS by 2:00 p.m. the day grades are due to the Office of the Registrar (see Academic Calendars for grade submission deadlines).
• Students can complete an on-line request that a copy of their grades be mailed to them through ARGUS in the Personal Student Records Access channel on the My Info tab.

Forgiveness

• The form to request Grade Forgiveness is available in the Office of the Registrar, Bldg. 18 on the Pensacola campus, at the UWF Emerald Coast - Fort Walton Beach campus, or any of the centers.

Incomplete

• policy
• Students receiving an incomplete grade ("I") will have until the end of the next semester to complete the course. If a grade change form is not submitted by the instructor by the end of the next semester, the incomplete grade ("I") will be converted to a failing grade ("F").
