Form 1042-S: Foreign Person's U.S. Source Income Subject to Withholding

International students whose non-resident alien federal tax was withheld from their financial aid during a calendar year will be issued a 1042-S. The 1042-S form will be available by March 15 of the year after funds were withheld.
