The UWF Honor Roll recognizes undergraduate students and their academic success during each semester.
President's List and Dean's List
The President's List recognizes undergraduate students who earn a semester GPA of 3.90 or higher on a minimum of six semester hours of graded coursework.
The Dean's List recognizes undergraduate students who earn a semester GPA of 3.50–3.89 on a minimum of six semester hours of graded coursework.
Frequently Asked Questions
The Honor Roll is determined using the semester GPA, based on the following criteria:
- Undergraduate students who earn a semester GPA of 3.90 or higher, on a minimum of six semester hours of graded ("A-F") course work at UWF, are recognized as making the President's Honor Roll for that semester.
- Undergraduate students who earn a semester GPA of 3.50 - 3.89, on a minimum of six semester hours of graded ("A-F") course work at UWF, are recognized as making the Dean's Honor Roll for that semester.
No, only Undergraduate students are eligible for the Honor Roll.
You may have a privacy hold (Withhold Directory Information) on your account, which stops your name from being published online. That privacy hold would need to be disabled for your name to appear in the list. If you wish to disable that hold, here are the steps to do so:
- Navigate to the Contact and Privacy Information app in MyUWF.
- Click on the Privacy tab at the top.
- Scroll down until you find the section for Directory Information.
- Uncheck the Withhold Directory Information checkbox and click save.
- Your name should appear on either the President's List or Dean's List page shortly thereafter.
The student or their Academic Advisor can contact the Registrar's Office by emailing registrar@uwf.edu to request an Honor Roll review. If the student does qualify for the Honor Roll, their records will be updated to reflect the Honor Roll designation for that semester.
