All new hires and current employees are strongly encouraged to speak with a Human Resources Benefits Representative to create a smooth enrollment experience. All payroll deductions must be set up locally within our office and cannot be assured by only enrolling with People First. Please call our Human Resources Benefits Section at 850-474-2604 for more information. You may also refer to our "How to Enroll" page for additional information.

Beginning January 1, 2014, Other Personnel Services (OPS) employees became eligible for insurance when they meet the requirements set forth by the State and Federal governments. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act requires employers throughout the country to offer affordable health insurance coverage to employees who work 30 hours or more on average per week. For the purposes of insurance coverage only, these employees will be considered full-time and the state will offer them health insurance coverage and other insurance benefits. Please visit our "OPS Insurance" page for more information or call the Human Resources Benefits Section at 850-474-2604 for more information.
