Dr. Gautam is an Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering department. She researches high-temperature materials including metallic alloys and composites. She teaches Engineering Materials, Advanced Solid Mechanics, Composite Materials, and Fracture Mechanics.

Dr. Jeff McGuirk joined the ECE Department at UWF in fall 2018 as a Visiting Assistant Professor. He has taught a wide variety of courses and is interested in material characterization using electromagnetic waves.
