Nautilus Card & Parking Decals
Nautilus Card
If you are a student, faculty or staff of UWF, you are eligible to get a Nautilus Card, which is the official UWF identification card. A Nautilus Card gives students access to UWF library resources as well as student activities and services on the Pensacola campus. Students must be currently registered for classes at UWF in order to receive a Nautilus Card.
Nautilus Cards can be obtained from the Student Services office located in Building 2, Room 201. There is a $10 annual I.D. fee. Payment for the I.D. fee can be made with cash, check or money order at the Cashier's Office in Pensacola, or online via MyUWF using a credit card (subject to a convenience fee). Students may bring their receipt showing payment of the fee and a government-issued photo I.D. to the Student Services office at UWF Emerald Coast. The I.D. card will be issued and ready for use immediately. There is a replacement charge of $15.00 if the original card is lost, stolen or damaged. For more information please contact:

Parking Decals
Parking decals are not required for the UWF Emerald Coast campus.
Parking decals for the main Pensacola campus can be purchased online through Parking Services. If a student primarily attends UWF Emerald Coast but needs to come to the Pensacola campus to take a required class, please contact Chip Chism, Parking & Transportation Services, to discuss the possibility of obtaining a temporary hang tag.

Operating Hours
Services at the Student Services office at UWF Emerald Coast are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays, and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays. These services are NOT available on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays observed by UWF.
Cashier services at the Pensacola Campus are available from 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. These services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays observed by UWF.
