Distance Learning Students enrolled in FNP and MSN Nursing Program that are unable to apply for the badge in person can utilize the electronic form in their MyUWF to request their nursing badge.
After logging in to your MyUWF search Distance Learning Nursing Badge Form. There you will be able to upload either your completed MSN Nursing Badge Verification Form or the FNP Nursing Badge Verification Form.
