Commencement Registration - Students
The UWF Spring Commencement will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at the Pensacola Bay Center in downtown Pensacola. Students who wish to participate must RSVP. The deadline to RSVP is March 31 - this date is essential to follow for advance items that need to be printed and ceremony preparations.
Missed the RSVP Deadline? You Can Still Walk!
The RSVP deadline for Spring Commencement was March 31, and the form officially closed at 5:00 p.m. on April 2. While RSVPs are now closed, you are still welcome to participate in the ceremony.
When you arrive, you’ll simply complete a reader card at check-in so your name can be announced as you cross the stage.
To help us prepare for your arrival, please email commencement@uwf.edu with the following:
- Let us know if you plan to attend in person
- The name you would like displayed on screen
- Your college, degree, and program
(Example: HMCSE, Bachelor of Science, Cybersecurity)
Sharing this information ahead of time helps us make your check-in process smoother and ensures you're included in the correct seating area.

RSVP for Live Ceremony
Ceremony participants should arrive at the Pensacola Bay Center 45 minutes in advance to be pre-seated. Students who wish to participate in the Spring commencement ceremony in person can RSVP.
RSVP for Virtual Participation
Virtual participants will have a slide shown during their respective ceremonies. The sample shown is of a slide with the 2-picture limit. You can choose not to submit photos. Please submit your photos to commencement@uwf.edu with PHOTO for VIRTUAL in the subject line. Students who wish to participate remotely can RSVP.
