This Graduation Checklist will assist you in staying on track and make sure you’re fully prepared for commencement day.
✔ Confirm Your Degree Progress
Make sure you have met all degree requirements!
Review your DegreeWorks audit and connect with your academic advisor if needed.
✔ Review Your Contact & Privacy Information
Check your information in MyUWF to ensure your name appears correctly in the commencement program. Privacy restrictions may prevent your name from being printed.
✔ Apply for Graduation
Submit your graduation application for your intended term and confirm your mailing address for diploma delivery.
✔ Complete the Graduating Student Survey
Watch your UWF email for the survey link. This helps the university track post-graduation outcomes and future success.
✔ Complete Exit Counseling (If Applicable)
Students with federal loans are required to complete exit counseling before graduation.
✔ Order Your Cap and Gown
Purchase your regalia through the UWF Bookstore or Herff Jones to be ready for commencement day.
✔ RSVP for Commencement
Submit your RSVP by the deadline to participate in the ceremony.
✔ Plan for Commencement Day
Familiarize yourself with:
