Summer Graduates: UWF does not have a Commencement ceremony at the end of the summer semester. Summer graduates are invited to walk in the Commencement ceremony the spring before or the fall after graduation.

Commencement Information

Parking Pass

Faculty must RSVP to receive a parking pass for reserved parking at the front of the center. Parking passes will be sent via campus mail one week before the ceremony for those who RSVP. Faculty should not wait until the last minute to request a parking pass as staff will be unable to provide passes the days immediately before the ceremonies. Reserved parking is limited so it is available on a first-come basis.

Faculty Sign In

Faculty should enter the Pensacola Bay Center through the front entrance left of the box office. All Faculty assemble in Room A to the left. There will be signs.

Refreshments

Light refreshments will be available before each ceremony.

Alum-Line

There will be an alum line at the ceremony.

Webcast

The ceremony will once again be webcast live. Those unable to attend the ceremony may view it in its entirety by accessing the link on the Commencement homepage. The link will not be active until the start of the ceremony.
