Biography
Schoolcraft’s teaching focuses are literature and first- and second-year composition, with emphasis on both research strategies and public writing. She was inducted into the Academy of Teaching Excellence in 2022 and was invited to attend the Florida Master Teachers Seminar in 2023.
Schoolcraft’s interests include the medieval tradition of courtly love as it appears in the genre of romantasy and metacognitive exploration in first- and second-year composition and research.
Schoolcraft received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English from the University of West Florida.
