Our program offers group fitness, personal training, fitness assessments, small group training, and incentive programs. Our 10,000 sq ft fitness center includes equipment for users at any fitness level.

Register for Group Fitness Classes
Registration for a group fitness class is required and first-come-first-served. Go to uwf.edu/imleagues to create an account, view the class schedule, and sign up for classes.

Our certified personal trainers are ready to help you achieve your fitness goals. PT rates and packages are listed in the pricing table below. Complete the request form to get started.

Find an Incentive Program that works for you
Choose between three incentive program types:
- Argo Fit tracks your number of workouts
- Cardio Crusade tracks distance in miles
- Argo Weight Club tracks your muscle strength
Ask our staff in the fitness area for more information on how to sign up and record every workout.

Become An ACE Instructor or Personal Trainer
Do you want to lead a group fitness class or become a personal trainer? Request more information about how to become a Certified Group Fitness instructor by emailing fitness@uwf.edu.

Student and non-student training packages are available. Students receive one free fitness evaluation session and one free personal training session per semester.

Other Fitness Services
Do you need to gauge your current fitness level or track how far you've come? Students receive one free fitness evaluation session and one free personal training session per semester.
This FREE service is provided by our UWF personal trainers on Tuesdays of every month from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. or 4-6 p.m, walk-ins welcome. Visit the Personal Training office (Room 113) next to the lower fitness
Please be prepared to:
- Remove your shoes and socks for testing.
- Abstain from eating a big meal, drinking large amounts of fluids, and exercising at least two hours before the test.
