Intramural Sports Hall of Fame
Individual Intramural Sports participants who throughout the academic year portray characteristics of leadership, sportsmanship, service, and outstanding achievements are nominated by the Competitive Sports staff for the Intramural Sports Hall of Fame.
2025 Inductees
At the conclusion of the academic year, the Competitive Sports staff will induct one male and one female into the Hall of Fame. Their names will then be engraved on a permanent plaque and displayed in the Rec Center.

Adrian Hall
Throughout Adrian’s time at UWF, he consistently created teams and played in our major intramural sports, along with many tournaments such as softball, 3v3 basketball, blindfold dodgeball, and even paddleboard jousting. He has been respectful to intramural sports participants and the staff as well as encouraging a competitive but fun atmosphere for all. Adrian has played in over 192 games for 55 teams and has a winning percentage of 65%! He has won 7 championships in volleyball, 3v3 basketball, ping pong and more. He has been voted three years in a row as a volleyball league MVP. He also has 8 runner-up titles in a variety of sports. When told that he had been voted into the hall of fame, he said “I knew coming into college, I would have to study, learn, and work super hard, but I wanted something to balance all the stress and pressure that school would bring. Fortunately, UWF IMs was exactly what I needed. A place to have fun and compete while making new long-lasting friendships. I am super thankful because God has given me a passion and capability to play all kinds of sports, and so, because of that, participating in UWF's Intramural Sports has been a huge blessing in my life. I highly recommend IMs to all who might be missing out.” After looking over everything he has participated in, how genuine, kind and athletic he is, it was an easy decision for the committee to induct this individual into the hall of fame.

Vero Vargas Salinas
Vero has been a very active participant over the last few years. She has played in over 108 games for 40 different teams and has a winning percentage of 68%! Not only did she play in our major sports, but dominated our tournament sports as well. She won the women’s division for ping pong in fall 2024 and has 5 other championships under her belt. She also has 6 runner-up titles in a variety of sports. Throughout her time playing intramural sports, she was a model participant in demonstrating good sportsmanship and being respectful to intramural sports participants, officials and supervisors. When she was told that she had been voted into the Hall of Fame, she responded by saying “Being part of intramurals has been a game-changer for me in school. Having a place to play sports with friends is my way to unwind—it clears my head, boosts my energy, and just makes me feel good. It’s where I get to push myself, have fun, and come back to my studies feeling refreshed and motivated. It’s also a great reminder of what my body can do, playing different sports and staying active. Overall, intramurals have made me more confident in moving, staying healthy, and keeping a good balance between school and life.” Her athleticism and positive attitude made it easy for her peers to vote her into the hall of fame.
