Facility and Event Reservations

The Rec offers indoor and outdoor facilities for rent, group or team-building events or pool parties with our Aquatic center. Whether you are a student, student group or community member, we have something for you.

Aquatic Center: Pool Parties and Group Rentals

The UWF Aquatic Center is available for group rentals. All rental requests must be submitted to Aquatics at least two weeks before the requested rental date. Rental rates vary depending on group classification, size, and time at the facility and include access to the pool and locker rooms. Please contact our Aquatic Administration to verify availability and costs at 850.474.2497 or email aquatics@uwf.edu.

Outdoor Adventure Special Events

The Outdoor Adventures Program is available to Public, Corporate and UWF groups for planning, supplying and staffing outdoor recreation events. A $75 reservation fee is required at the time of booking. For any questions or to pay your fee, please contact Outdoor Adventures at outdooradveture@uwf.edu or by phone at 850.474.2819.

Special Event Reservations Waiver and Payment

  • University scheduled activities take precedence.
  • Motor vehicles are prohibited.
  • Tobacco, vaping, alcohol and drugs of any kind on the fields are prohibited.
  • Pets are prohibited.
  • While on the UWF campus, you will be expected to abide by all university policies and guidelines.
  • Inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of facility use with no refund.
