Mental Health Screening
Online screenings are a quick way to determine if you or someone you care about might need to see a doctor or mental health professional for an evaluation. They are educational and confidential, but they are not diagnostic.
Take the Mental Health Screening
Mental health is a key part of overall health. Brief screenings are the quickest way to determine if you or someone you care about should connect with a mental health professional—they are a checkup from the neck up. This screening program is completely anonymous and confidential, and immediately following the brief questionnaire, you will see your results, recommendations and key resources.
The Counseling Center provides this mental health screening service to the campus community. Because the screening is anonymous we will not know who you are. If you are experiencing serious mental health symptoms, particularly thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, please immediately seek help from us or another mental health service group. Emergency help numbers are listed on the results page of the screening.
