Our #iHireUWF Employer Partnership Program is a great way to build your brand on campus, connect with students, and maximize your organization’s recruiting effectiveness at UWF.

CDCE has an exciting line of educational programming for the upcoming academic year, and we would like to invite you to collaborate with us as an employer partner. Your partnership will enable us to offer valuable opportunities such as student professional development programs, etiquette dinners, and career planning resources.

The Micro-Internship partnership program provides a remote option for project-based experiences while building meaningful relationships with UWF students and supporting critical career readiness programming.

Micro-Internship Partner Benefits:

  • Access to motivated students across all UWF academic programs
  • Early engagement with students who are still exploring careers
  • Short-term commitment with the average project taking 5 to 40 hours of work
  • A way to assess candidates in collaboration with hiring managers across your organization
  • An opportunity to connect with students remotely at any point in the academic year

Partnership packages range from $1,000-$5,000.Your organization will be eligible for 1 Micro-Intern project per thousand dollars (e.g., $2,000 Micro-Internship Partner will include 2 Micro-Internship projects).
