Employer of the Month
We want to recognize your organization's efforts to recruit our students and alumni! #iHireUWF will provide your office with a platform to highlight your organization, brand, and relationship with UWF.
From September-May each year, one organization will be selected based on one of the following criteria:
- Organization attended an event or hosted an Argos Meet the Pros session/On-Campus Interview.
- Organization reported a hire to the Office of Career Development & Community Engagement (CDCE) team, updated the status of their opportunity in Handshake to show which student or alumni was "Hired," or utilized the #iHireUWF hashtag on social media within the selected month.
Note: At this time we are using Facebook and Instagram for this program.
Ex: Social media sample postings using the #iHireUWF: interview with a UWF alumni working for your company, advice to students/graduates, feature of a recently hired student/alumni, etc.
The Employer of the Month selection will be made by the CDCE team as close to the first of the month as possible. The organization selected will receive a #iHireUWF window decal and a certificate. Additionally, the organization will be promoted on CDCE's social media as our #iHireUWF Employer of the Month.
If you would like your organization to be considered for this program, please ensure you meet the above criteria on a monthly basis.
