North Florida Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives
The North Florida Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) is a professional organization focused on preparing early- to mid-career professionals for success in healthcare administration. Through its partnership with UWF, ACHE collaborates on workforce-aligned initiatives that support leadership development and evidence-based professional growth.
A key component of this partnership is the annual ACHE NWFL Winter Symposium, which brings together healthcare leaders, practitioners, and emerging professionals for professional development and networking. The 2025 conference, held on December 10, provided UWF students and community participants with exposure to current issues in healthcare leadership, opportunities to connect with industry professionals, and insight into career pathways in healthcare administration. This collaboration helps ensure students are prepared to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare workforce.
