Questions, complaints or concerns related to research involving human participants conducted at or under the scope of the University of West Florida IRB can be directed to the UWF IRB Office at telephone 850.474.3484, or email irb@uwf.edu. All communications are taken seriously and handled confidentially.

To report concerns or complaints anonymously, please call Ethicspoint toll-free at 1.844.858.1413. Ethicspoint is an independent organization that serves as a liaison between the University and the person bringing the complaint so that anonymity can be ensured.
