Schedule of Reporting Dates

All departments/units have essentially 4 reporting items due annually, with academic units having assessment reports due for each educational program and general education as appropriate. (For additional guidance on assessment reporting, please see the SLO/Assessment Forms and Resources link found in the left-hand navigation of this site.) Annual reports include the following:
Annual Report for Previous Year – Complete the last 2 columns of last year’s Annual Plan
Annual Plan for Current/Coming Year – This is a new planning document with new and continued goals and objectives as appropriate for the planning year.
Community Engagement Activities Report – Details community engagement activities for the previous year.
Distinctive & Notable Accomplishments Report – Details your department’s distinctive & notable accomplishments for the previous year.
