Biography

Dr. Liting Zhang, Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science, received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Florida State University. Her research focuses on computational genomics, where she develops AI- and machine learning–driven approaches to analyze genome structure, variation, and function. She has published in high-impact journals such as Genome Research and presented her work at leading conferences, including RECOMB.
