UWF Notaries
The University has many notaries on staff located all about campus
State of Florida notaries are located throughout the UWF main campus in Pensacola and in three remote locations. They do not charge for their services. Please contact the notary's office for an appointment prior to visiting to insure that the notary will be available.

**The Office of the Registrar only notarizes university-related documents such as an official transcript, diploma, course syllabi, course description, and certain specialty enrollment/degree verifications. Requests to notarize field studies, internships, field trips, intramural sports, etc. should be supported by the appropriate department.
*** HR only does employment or university related documents. They do not notarize outside paperwork such as apartment contracts, divorce papers, power of attorney, etc.
