Welcome: The staff of University Budgets are eager to help
Welcome to the Office of University Budgets' website. We are a department within the UWF Controller's Office. If you don't find answers to your questions here, please contact us by email at email@example.com or by phone at 850-474-2554.
Our office provides various support services to management, campus departments, the Board of Trustees (BOT), and the Board of Governors (BOG).
The Office of University Budgets' staff have developed several training sessions for campus users to learn more about budgets and the budgeting process and offer a certificate in budgeting upon completion of: 1) Where does the money go?, 2) Budget Basics, and 3) Budget Transfer & Reports. We also offer Budget Transfer (BT) training twice a year.
Our department works towards assisting all divisions and departments in achieving the core missions of the University of West Florida. We have developed many budget reports on Information Navigator for campus users. We have also worked with campus users and the ITS staff to create forms needed for Budget Transfers, Financial Plans, and Rate & Fringe Estimates.
