U.S. Department of Education - UWF Awarded Federal Civics Grant: The University of West Florida has received a three-year, $1.55 million U.S. Department of Education grant to support the Academy of American Civic Republicanism and expand civic education programming for teachers, students, and the broader community.
Academy Receives NEH Celebrate America! Award: The Academy of American Civic Republicanism has been awarded a $25,000 Celebrate America! grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities to support programming tied to America’s 250th anniversary.
