Each year the Academy of American Civic Republicanism hosts a major public conference featuring scholarly panels and the Florida Civics and Debate Initiative (FCDI) high-school debate tournament (approximately 150 participants).

Join our inaugural conference exploring the Republic as a distinct political form, from its classical origins to modern America, featuring keynote speaker Dr. Paul A. Rahe.
The conference is open to the public and highlights the best of civic education in Northwest Florida.
