Music Auditions & Scholarships
The Dr. Grier Williams School of Music will be holding auditions for degree programs for the 2023-2024 school year on:
Friday, August 18, 2023 (last audition date for FTIC freshmen students for Fall 2023 acceptance)
Friday, December 8, 2023
Friday, February 16, 2024
Friday, May 3, 2024 (last audition date for transfer students for Fall 2024 acceptance)
Priority music scholarship deadline will be March 31, 2024. Students must have their university application and School of Music audition completed. Scholarship consideration preference will be given in order of completed applications received.

- Complete the FAFSA
University academic scholarship deadlines:
- August 2023 applications open
- October 15 academic acceptance begins
- December 1st Academic Scholarship priority consideration deadline. You must complete your application file with all required items received by this date in order to be considered for an admissions merit scholarship.

The Dr. Grier Williams School of Music benefits from an endowed scholarship fund in excess of $500,000. Awards vary in amount and are based on performance ability and departmental needs. Scholarships are available for Music majors, minors and non-music majors (application). Contact the department for audition information.
